MY FILE AMENDED Alberta Queens Bench

I was told by Alberta Child Services that my file would be presented to a committee for the purpose of amending Alberta Queens Bench giving it authority to order Queens Bench Emergency Protection Order's closing the loop hole described in my storey.

As you read my storey you'll see my provincial Emergency Protection Order (EPO) was useless against my X's (JEP) adversarial lawyer,  I consider the provincial EPO a trap that's used to punt father's out of the home.

With a provincial EPO my childlren ended up in foster homes and I ended up homeless because we tried to escape from domestic violence.

This should be a step forward for Alberta and fathers, time will tell if the corrupt element here finds some other method to deny fathers and their children protecting fleeing domestic violence.
